Nekro can copy any racial technology its target has already researched, except those that refer to another race's special ability. The FAQ names Floating Factory and Spore Acceleration, and one poster also lists Fanaticism, L4 Disruptors and Mageon Implants. Copying Nova Seed does not give Nekro the Muaat supernova movement.
