Only for invading and controlling planets. They are immune to abilities that name Ground Forces (Local Unrest, bombardment, PDS fire, Domain Counters like Biohazard once landed, Letnev's bonus), and have Battle 6 with two dice. They are limited to four, not extended by supplement counters. They do not revert a planet to neutral when alone.
