What breaks a trade agreement, and can the Hacan's agreements be broken?

A trade agreement breaks automatically when its two players fight a Space Battle or Invasion Combat against each other (including invading a planet that holds only a control marker). PDS fire and action cards alone do not break it. Either player may also end an agreement in the Status Phase, except that an agreement with the Hacan cannot be ended that way; war still breaks Hacan agreements.
