Can other players use A or B wormholes into a Creuss-controlled system?

No. Players cannot use an Alpha or Beta wormhole at any point in their movement if they would end it in a system controlled by the Ghosts of Creuss, even if the Ghosts do not control the wormhole being used. This also stops In the Silence of Space and travel to the Wormhole Nexus while the Ghosts control it.
