Arborec Ground Forces work like Space Docks for production: each produces on its own, production is never pooled, and they can build anything, including while carried in a fleet. They follow the same restrictions as docks, such as no building ships with enemy ships present. Arborec Space Docks themselves may not build Ground Forces.
