If I move a tradesman off a card, do the cubes there and my VP change?
The designer said the cubes stay and VP are scored at game end.

VP from tradesmen are counted only at game end, based on where your tradesmen stand then. Cubes already placed on a delayed-effect card stay and can be spent later even with no tradesman on the card, though you can't add more cubes without one.
