A sole contributor gets both rewards. Ties for first split the first and second rewards, rounded down, and lower players get nothing; ties for second split the second reward, rounded down. With three players tied for a 2 VP second place, each gets 0. Whoever placed a cube first among the tied leaders takes the card.
