Yes, if the components you start with (including the Manager's bonus components) meet the trick's requirement, you place its markers at setup, one per overlapping box on the card. Without the components the trick starts empty, so a setup illustration showing markers on Window to the Otherworld without a mirror is an error. A Signature Trick (Academy) cannot be prepared at the start.
