In solo play, which Turn Setup dice are rerolled each turn?

Two dice are rolled each turn after the first, and you cannot skip the step. The Theater die is not forced on turn two, but once it has no turn marker under it you must pick it. The back-and-forth without the Academy was an oversight; the designer suggests rolling the Theater die every other turn.
