How is the Heir's Ready or Busy stance decided?

The Heir is Ready if the revealed Heir Assignment card is a Perform card (an icon top and bottom) and it has at least one trick of the highest level available at its current Fame; otherwise it is Busy. The stance is rechecked immediately as things change. When Ready, the Theater is its first priority; when Busy, the priority list starts with Downtown and the Theater drops to third.
