Does a trick prepared on the Engineer's board keep its extra marker when moved?

Yes. The extra marker from the Engineer's trick slot is added for real, so it stays on the trick when you move the trick. Special Assignment cards that limit markers (such as Ingenuity) do not cancel the Engineer's extra marker, and you can prepare on the Engineer's board, swap tricks and prepare the other one with the extra marker too.
