Does 'buy up to three components of one type' mean three of the same component or three of a category?
The rulebook limits a Buy to components of one type, and two threads read it as a single component.

Three of the same individual component, such as three Metal. It does not mean three components of the same grade (Basic, Advanced or Superior). You pay the price of each unit, so three Metal at 1 coin cost 3.
