When are demand tiles revealed and when are they met?

After the first three rounds of a quarter, a demand tile is revealed at the round's end (after the active player's turn). After the fourth round the quarter ends instead and demands are met. So the last demand is known for a full round beforehand. The active player finishes their turn before scoring.
