Are Senate tiles still lying in the provinces removed at quarter end?
Most players agree, but the rulebook wording is open.

The common reading is no: only Senate tiles that players have collected are removed, along with tiles in the forum. Tiles still in provinces stay until someone takes them. The rulebook's phrase 'all senate tiles' is ambiguous, and no official word exists.
