When exactly does a game round end?
The rulebook states this, and players confirm the marker never resets.

When the time marker reaches or passes its start space, the round ends after the active player finishes their turn. Landing exactly on the start space is enough. The marker does not reset afterwards; it keeps going from where it is, including after a quarter ends.
