How do first-of-type construction bonus actions chain when I build several times?
The rulebook grants the bonus once per tile type; the chaining order comes from agreeing players.

Finish each construction action, including the bonus action its first-of-type tile grants, before starting the next one. Each new tile type triggers its own bonus action once per player.
