How do I claim a tunnel?

Lay down the cards for the tunnel's length, then flip three cards from the deck. For each flipped card that matches the colour you played, or is a Locomotive, you must add one more matching card (or Locomotive). If you cannot or will not, take your cards back and your turn ends. The three flipped cards are discarded.
