If someone bombs during a wish, who must fulfil the wish next?

The wish is not cancelled. After the bomb, play continues in turn order, and the next player on their own turn who can legally play the wished rank must do so, even if that means a higher bomb that contains it. They do not have to bomb out of turn, but they may not pass if they can fulfil it.
