Are trick points still counted when a Tichu call succeeds or fails?
The rulebook says Tichu points are scored in addition to normal scoring.

Yes — Tichu bonuses and penalties are scored independently of, and in addition to, the card points. Card points are dropped only when one team goes out first and second, and then only that team's 200 and any Tichu results score.
