When does the round end, and who gets the final trick?

The round ends immediately when only one player still has cards, i.e. as soon as the third player goes out. The trick is closed at once: the player who made the last play on it takes it, or if the last play was the Dragon the trick is still given to an opponent. Nobody can bomb after that.
