Who takes the Phoenix's -25 if it sits in the last player's won tricks?
The tailender's won tricks go to the first player out, so that player takes the Phoenix's -25. Finishing last on purpose while holding it is legal but rarely worthwhile, since your leftover hand goes to the opponents.
