What if I play 2*Christmas and find only the Phoenix or only the Dragon?
The card is not playable, since the bolded text on a reaction card is a precondition for playing it. If it was played by mistake, casual groups take it back with no effect, while competitive groups may treat it as fizzled and discarded.
