An Age ends the moment the last card of its Civil Deck is placed in the Card Row, which can happen mid-round on any player's turn. Cards from the Age two steps older then go: cards still in hand, Leaders, unfinished Wonders (blue tokens go back to your bank) and Pacts. Technologies, Tactics, Colonies and completed Wonders stay, so Age A material goes when Age I ends and Age I Leaders only go when Age III starts.
