Only if the Pact itself says an attack cancels it (Military Pact and Promise of Military Support do). Otherwise it stays in force even after an Aggression or War. Anyone in a Pact can cancel it with a Political Action, which discards it at once. When a Military Pact ends by an attack, its strength is gone before the Aggression is compared.
