How does the cave token that swaps cards in my hand work?
The rulebook text covers this directly, and forum replies agree.
Set up to four hand cards above your board without using them, then draw the same number from your deck. The set-aside cards are discarded at end of turn and cannot be redrawn, but the new cards are usable now.
