What do the two Foo (Faux) cards revealed at setup decide?

They pick the two Eras whose Missions start revealed. Each of those Eras gets 1 Rift cube and its Sabotage tile is flipped to the Mission side; then the two cards are shuffled back into the Foo pile. Every other Era starts with 1 Energy cube.
