Does Mr. Time start with cards that remove Rifts?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes, according to one reply: Mr. Time's starting cards include ones that remove Rift cubes (or add Energy to another Agent's Era). One player claimed he starts with none and that you must acquire them, but the reply suggests a card mix-up.
