What happens to my hand at end of turn, and who refills?

Discard your entire Hand, whether cards were used, exhausted or unused, then every player with fewer than 3 cards draws back up to 3, not only the active player, because other players' cards may have been used or discarded during your turn. Your Agent tile also flips back to Full batteries.
