Which card can I add to my Deck in phase III, and how many?
The rulebook states this directly, and forum posts agree.

On your turn, after your actions, you may take one Artifact card available on your current Era and put it face down on top of your Draw pile. You can never take more than one, but you may take none. Some printings include a parenthetical about not having helped complete a Mission; a forum reply says it is a copy-paste leftover and can be ignored.
