Where does a tile drawn with the draw-a-tile Anytime card go, and do I pay for it?

It goes straight onto your boat, whether cat, Oshax or rare treasure. You use no basket and pay no extra fish. You must place it, even if it hurts your score, and it follows normal touching rules; if it cannot legally fit, it is discarded.
