Who leads each trick: only the commander, or the winner of the previous trick?
The rulebook says the commander starts the first trick and the previous winner starts every later one.
The commander leads only the first trick; after that, whoever won the previous trick leads the next one. Each player plays exactly one card per trick, going around the table once with no passing.
