Set aside the 4 of rockets, lay out seven face-down cards with seven face-up on top for JARVIS, shuffle the 4 of rockets in with the remaining cards and deal 13 to each human. JARVIS can therefore hold any rocket except the 4. The Spanish rules wrongly say "four rockets" where they mean the single 4 of rockets card.
