When does the Concierge's Room Service pay out?
As soon as a traveler is placed in that room in the Welcome Travelers phase, equal to the traveler's rank. It is separate from the 1F room income paid in the morning, so a rank-3 traveler in your own Room Service room earns 3F at once and 1F later.
