Where does Teotibot place Decorations?

It places the topmost Decoration on an available Decorations space, going clockwise from the top. The normal level rules still apply, so in practice it fills the level 1 space nearest the Palace first, then the next level 1 clockwise (a community reading). It scores a fixed 5 VP, a Pyramid track step and one temple step.
