Where does Teotibot's worker go when it ascends, and is it powered up again?

The reborn worker is placed on the Palace at power 1 and, because the bot advances the "new worker", moves on to the next board clockwise past the Palace. The ascension uses up the power-up, so the new worker does not inherit another one. The bot always picks 5 VP as the Ascension reward.
