What happens at the top of a temple, and does the penultimate step qualify me for the Temple Bonus?

The penultimate step gives no reward but qualifies you for the bonus tile there; the topmost step gives its reward, only one player at a time may occupy it, and reaching it also keeps the penultimate bonus. If you cannot advance, you gain nothing further. Temple Bonuses are scored only at the final Eclipse.
