In what order do players choose Starting tiles, place starting workers or pick Priests?

No order is required: Starting tiles and starting worker placement are simultaneous, and the designer says it rarely matters. A group that wants an order can use turn order, or reverse turn order for placement. If you choose Priests in reverse order, your Priest choice does not affect Starting tile rewards.
