How much starting cocoa does each player get?

The first player gets 1 cocoa, the last player (right of the first, holding the Last Player token) gets 3, and everyone in between gets 2, so a 2-player game is 1 and 3, a 3-player game is 1, 2, 3, and a 4-player game is 1, 2, 2, 3. A solo player starts with 1, plus any cocoa from starting tiles.
