Can a Discovery tile that moves workers give me a second action in the same turn?
The designer replied in several threads that one turn gives one action.

No. Movement tiles only change how you move; you still take one action at the destination. A double-move tile lets you move two workers, but only one action is taken and the second worker simply arrives.
