Draw 2 Starting tiles and place 3 workers of an unused colour on the first 3 different Action Boards shown on them (in the order listed); in a 2-player game repeat for the second unused colour with 2 new tiles. They count as separate colours for all purposes and may sit on any board, including the Palace. After the first and second Eclipse they are moved onto new boards by drawing fresh Starting tiles. Keep drawing new tiles rather than reusing ones already drawn.
