What can Xochipilli do with Discovery tiles, Technologies and the Palace?

He cannot claim Discovery tiles from temple tracks or Worship spaces, but can from the Avenue of the Dead, and on major temple steps may still take the printed reward. He cannot use the Palace's worship spaces, though a worker can still be placed there. His virtual worker on Alchemy grants a power-up when buying any Technology.
