What happens when a Building is built in a Module 9 region?
The Warrior in that region is removed from the game. You gain only the reward of the region where you build; the VP printed at the bottom of the board go to Warriors in those areas at Eclipse scoring. A Warrior in the Teotihuacan area cannot build, so a 1 Empire plus 1 Build reward there only places the Warrior.
