Targi
Can I place a Targi on the card directly facing an opponent's Targi?
The rulebook states this directly.

No. A border card facing an opponent's Targi is blocked for you, and your own Targi blocks the opposite card for the opponent in the same way. Corner cards and non-opposite cards are unaffected.
