Do Tribe cards that give an extra good when I get that good count goods I already took this turn?
Yes, for the same turn: if you took the good earlier and display the card later that turn, you still receive the extra. It does not count goods from earlier turns. An earlier 2017 reply that the card works only after it is played was superseded.
