Does Stealth Device get lost when Draw Their Fire absorbs a hit that deals no damage?

Yes for the protected ship, no for the one taking the damage. The ship that was attacked was still hit, so it loses its Stealth Device even though the critical goes to the Draw Their Fire ship and no damage follows. The Draw Their Fire ship is not hit by an attack, so it keeps its own Stealth Device.
