Can Daredevil be pre-measured, collide with ships, hit asteroids or trigger critical-hit effects?

Daredevil is a normal maneuver: it can't be pre-measured or undone, it can overlap ships or asteroids with the usual collision and asteroid effects, and two ships touching afterwards can't fire at each other. FFG's email said critical-hit cards that react to red maneuvers apply.
