Advanced Sensors lets the ship take its free action before or after revealing its maneuver, so it can barrel roll before or after moving. An ionized ship doesn't reveal a maneuver, so it can't use Advanced Sensors. Its free action counts as an action, so Push the Limit can follow it; remember the stress means you must reveal a green maneuver.
