How many actions does a ship get each round, and when are they taken?
The rulebook states one action per ship per round after the move.

One action, taken in the Activation phase immediately after moving (Darth Vader's pilot ability gives him a second). Nothing is taken during Planning. The action can come from the ship's action bar or from an upgrade or card with an Action header. A stressed ship cannot take one, and a ship that overlapped an obstacle or another ship skips its Perform Action step.
