How do the Ghost and docked Phantom attacks work?

With the Phantom docked, the Ghost may choose to make primary attacks from the special arc (optional), and also gets one extra attack at the end of the Combat phase. The extra attack can't use Gunner, so Twin Laser Turret fires only once in it. The two benefits do not depend on each other.
