How do Han Solo's rerolls interact with other rerolls and with Gunner?

Each die can be rerolled only once, whatever the source, so Han can't reroll dice already rerolled by a target lock or Elusiveness. His ability works with any weapon. With Gunner's extra attack he can trigger again, since that is a fresh attack, but tokens spent in the first attack are gone.
